All monthly subscription boxes will be sent around the 20th of every month or the following working day.

Please order this separately from anything else in your basket otherwise your whole order will have to wait until the subscription box ship date.

Subscription Details

Once you have subscribed to the monthly subscription box payment will be taken automatically every month on the original payment day.

Should you wish to cancel, or postpone a month this can be easily done by logging into your account on the website and selecting subscriptions.

The cut-off date for each month's box is the 15th. If you subscribe before the 15th you'll receive this month's box, if you subscribe afterwards then you'll receive the next month's box.

By signing up for the Monthly Mini Snap Bar Box you're agreeing to receive a box of wax melts every month until you cancel which can be done anytime after the first box is received.

Please order this separately from anything else in your basket otherwise your whole order will have to wait until the subscription box ship date.

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days after receiving your order. Please keep in mind that all our items are hand made and so at peak times orders may take slightly longer to be shipped.

Beautiful scents

I treated myself to the Advent Calendar, not expecting too much. What a wonderful surprise! Day 1, a sweet little Xmas tree, with the most amazing scent, which has scented my whole lounge and I haven't even melted it yet. I also brought other melt bars for stocking presents. I could not resist buying Angel, for myself too. I will not be going elsewhere for my melts. I am so pleased that I found you.
